چکیده

The International Society for Bipolar Disorders Targeting Cognition Task Force recommends the Screen Cognitive Impairment in Psychiatry (SCIP) to screen cognitive impairment bipolar disorder. However, SCIP must be administered by a healthcare professional, which is often impossible due time and resource constraints. Web-based, self-administered cognition screening tools may enable assessment monitoring of patients’ at much larger scale reduced cost. For this purpose, we developed Internet-Based Assessment Tool (ICAT) as modified web-based version SCIP. This study aimed investigate sensitivity validity ICAT Thirty-five patients with disorder full or partial remission 35 healthy controls completed on computer, standard paper-and-pencil subjective questionnaire were rated mood symptoms functioning Copenhagen Affective Research Centre. Patients displayed impairments compared (t (61)=3.67, p<.001, d=0.93). There was strong correlation between Total Scores (r(61)=.72, p<.000) moderate correlations subtest scores (r=.48-.63, ps<.001). Across all participants, lower correlated more complaints (r(59)=-.43, p<.001) poorer psychosocial (r(62)=-.47, p<.001). sensitive valid tool highlights novel that feasible largescale clinical management
